Stunning views of Conwy Valley, Personalized host interaction, Unique wedding venue options
The suite lacked basics like a wardrobe, cleaning could use more attention with unvacuumed carpets!!! Cold showers reported during peak times are unacceptable. Plus, parking could be a bit chaotic during busy periods!!!

I absolutely adored the elegant decor throughout the hotel, complemented by stunning views of the Conwy Valley. The dining area was especially beautiful with large windows allowing natural light, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
A larger shower would be appreciated for comfort.

Stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
It was deeply frustrating to arrive and find out there was no room for us despite having confirmed bookings. The staff did try to accommodate us at the last minute, but it left us feeling embarrassed on an important family occasion.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The breathtaking views of the Conwy Valley from our room were absolutely unforgettable. We were welcomed like family by Jane and Mark, who made our stay feel incredibly special. Plus, the breakfast, with its local ingredients, was a scrumptious celebration of Welsh cuisine that kicked our day off perfectly.

the location was absolutely stunning, with amazing views over the conwy valley. the room was comfy and way nicer than we expected, perfect for chilling after a day out. breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh just how we liked it! we felt so welcomed by lisa and her team, they literally made our stay perfect. we even enjoyed drinks on the veranda which was a great bonus!
the shower was a bit small, and we noticed some dust behind the tv when we checked in.

We had a blast at this cozy hotel. The views from our suite were jaw-dropping, and the relaxing ambiance really set the mood for our getaway. A good surprise was the excellent local fish served for dinner. it was fresh and cooked to perfection. The evening atmosphere, combined with hints of local history shared by the staff, made it even more special.
Shower felt snug, no complaint.

The suite, while lacking basics such as a wardrobe and a clean carpet, offered a magnificent mountain view. Breakfast featured delicious homemade sausages but lacked essentials like sugar and butter. Self-service was unexpected for the price. A hefty charge of £200.00 was requested despite prior payment confirmation, which detracted from the experience.

We had an amazing one-night stay, enjoying a breathtaking view from our Quadruple Suite with Mountain View and a cozy evening by the log fire. There were plenty of lovely spots to unwind, like the charming garden and the inviting lounge area. The only downside was the limited toiletries provided, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

The quadruple suite offers stunning mountain views and ample space, making it a visually appealing choice for families. The unique decor throughout the hotel gives it a charming character that's hard to overlook.
The overall condition of the room felt a bit neglected, with stained carpets and furniture that seriously needed some TLC. We faced issues with the hot water—showers in the morning turned into an icy adventure. Limited amenities in the room were also disappointing. only two cups were provided for a four-person suite, and we found the toiletries lacking. The TV options were basic, with no DVDs or CDs as previously advertised. Don't get too excited about breakfast—it left much to be desired with limited hot options and no fresh fruit or juices.
